IC Middle Selection

Today, I ran IC Middle Selection in KURONDO-IKE.
The course was short and not so technical.
I didn't missed so much (30 seconds)
and I was very satisfied with the result.
2270m up200m 22'55" rank 1st.

These are the reason why I won.

1. I was good in shape today and I could run so aggressive.
2. I warmed up for 30 minutes trail-run from KISAICHI station to the competition area before intense physical activity.
3. I prepared my mind for the race.
4. No plan, no move.
5. Read the map so quick, look up with poise and confidence, and enlarge my horizons.
